I did hear a rumor that Leander accidentally released a closure statement via Twitter around noon yesterday, and all of the other districts in the area quickly followed suit. The LISD retracted, but by then it was too late. AISD cancelled at 4.
At least my wife is an AISD employee so she could stay home with the kids. I had to be at work at 9. Like, HAD to be at work. We have an all-day community forum tomorrow with some pretty serious elected officials coming, so no excuse short of death would get me out of coming to the office today.
